Most of our customers contact us on WhatsApp. When you message us, WhatsApp (part of Meta) processes your messages under its own terms and privacy policy, and we can see your WhatsApp name, number and messages. When our website opens WhatsApp for you, the message includes the page you came from so we can help you faster.

Emails to us are handled by our email provider. Please do not send card numbers or bank details by WhatsApp or email.

5.Payments

Payments are processed by the payment providers we offer at the time of your order. They handle your payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, the date and a reference, which we keep for our accounts. We never see or store your full card number.

6.Cookies and analytics

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies make the website work and keep it secure. Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, help us understand which pages are useful and how many people click our WhatsApp buttons.

Where the law requires it, we only use analytics cookies with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings on our website or in your browser. Our website is protected and sped up by Cloudflare, which may set a security cookie.

7.Who we share your data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run IrishIPTV, under contracts that require them to protect it, and only as much as they need:

  • our website hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare
  • WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, to communicate with you
  • Google, for website analytics and tag management, where you allow it
  • payment providers, to take payments and process refunds
  • the technical providers that run our streaming servers and customer panels

We may also share data if the law requires it, for example with tax authorities or in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

8.International transfers

Some of our providers, and members of our support team, are based outside the European Economic Area. When your data is transferred outside the EEA, we make sure it is protected, for example by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.

No system is completely secure, so if a breach ever affects your rights, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
