Apple TV 4K
Fast, quiet and simple, with a great remote and automatic frame rate matching. The model with Ethernet is the one to get for live sport.
Apple devices make a superb Irish IPTV player, from the big screen in the living room to an iPhone on the train. Apple only allows apps from the App Store, so this guide shows you which IPTV players to use, how to log in on each device, and the settings that make sport and films look their best.

Open the App Store on your Apple TV, iPhone or iPad and install an IPTV player such as IPTVX, iPlayTV, UHF or Smarters Player Lite. Open the player, choose to add a playlist with Xtream Codes, and enter the server address, username and password we send you on WhatsApp. Your Irish channels, TV guide, films and series load in a minute or two.
Choose your device below. The steps are similar on each, and your one IrishIPTV login works on all of them.
Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K both run IPTV players from the App Store. The Apple TV 4K is one of the smoothest IPTV devices you can buy, especially on a network cable.
TipTurn on Match Frame Rate in Settings, Video and Audio, Match Content. Irish and UK channels broadcast at 50 frames per second, and this stops judder in sport.
Watch Irish TV anywhere on your iPhone, on Wi-Fi or mobile data. Most players support picture-in-picture and AirPlay to your TV.
TipLock the screen orientation off in Control Centre so videos turn to full screen when you rotate the phone.
The iPad's bigger screen is perfect for watching in the kitchen or in bed, and it can watch while you use other apps.
TipTurn on Auto Lock for Never only while watching, so the screen does not dim mid-match. Turn it back afterwards to save battery.
Mac computers can use App Store players or the free VLC player with your M3U link.
TipVLC is free but has no TV guide. A dedicated player gives you the full guide, favourites and films.
All of these work with your IrishIPTV Xtream Codes login or M3U link. App names, features and prices change, so ask us which one we recommend today.
